Any previous server bans?: No.
Any previous staff experience: Yes, I have had several staff positions, nearly every staff rank. Server names and positions listed below.
SolarSkyblock-Owner: I was owner on solar as you can guess since the start. It had around 3 players daily. Then the other owner who was paying said it was "To stressful" when I managed basically everything on the server. The server shutdown around 3-4 months ago.
DC Craft- Manager: I was manager on DC craft for around a month. This server was called several names and switched game modes nearly every 2 weeks. I ended up resigning because I knew I could not put the time into the server that a manager needed.
SimliciousNetwork-Developer-Manager: I was overall staff on Simlicious for around a month. I was promoted from developer to manager after helping the server and being apart of the staff team for around 2 weeks. I ended up resigning because I realized I didn't like how the owners started running and doing things.
PixelStars-Sr.Admin/Developer: I was recently staff on PixelStars, I did a lot of configging for them, and coded a simple /links plugin. I ended up resigning.
AriaUltra-Jr.Mod-Sr.Mod: This server was my first staff position ever. It gave me the experience I needed to get staff on many other servers, and have the knowledge to do development and management. I resigned from it around 6 months ago. (I don't like to talk about this one, not a very good time. Besides me learning staffing)
Why you want to be staff: I would like to be staff to overall help out the server. I have lots of experience with many staff roles and overall staffing. I want to help keep the server clean of hackers, and overall toxic and mean people, to give the players the best experience possible. I can also help with basic bugs with plugins ect. even with being a helper (If i'm accepted).
What will you do if you are given staff: I would moderate chat, help players, moderate and look over the players to make sure that don't have an advantage over others such as hacking, duping, abusing bugs/glitches
